day 3

Today was my second day at the elementary school. I signed in again and went to class. Again, the children were singing the national song before lessons started. After that I went with some of the children to the ESL class were they had to work on their poems. After that we went back to the portable (the portable is an extra classroom next to the school building, there are four and Ms Novielli's class is in the second portable). There the children were working on a couple of sentences about the school year in third grade. After that they had recess break and I went to the staff room to eat my snack. When we got back to the portable, the children had math so I helped them with the exercises they had to make. Everyday before the lunch break, the children have indoor recess which means they have to move and dance. They really like doing that and they were very enthusiastic. After lunch break they had gym. Because it was a really nice day, we went outside. I went skipping rope with a group of children which was really fun. The last lesson was science and after that I walked back home with the children. Me and my dad decided to drive to a nearby mall. It was a really big mall and it took a while before we walked the whole circle. I bought some clothes and after that we drove back home.
